Guiding Questions:How are we going to insert the lights into the shirt ?
Where can we get the luminous chemical?
Where can we get solar cells?
We may need to use a method to reduce the heat produced by the lights and the solar panel .
How are we going to take out the lights when the T-shirt needs to be washed ?
Can we use waterproof light bulbs to design the shirt ?
The lights may have to have a protective covering as the lights may break .
How are we going to make to create the circuitry for the shirt ?
Where can we gather the materials for the solar panel?

That is actually quite a lot of questions to answer, and also quite difficult to solve too.
We might be using solar power to power the lights instead of chemiluminescence as it is cheaper and easier to find in the stores.It is also more portable, convenient for the consumer. But, inserting the lights to the shirt isn't an easy thing.
